The fascinator is brand new, but has 2 very tiny holes that are very hard to see on the underside of the back plain tulle. The fascinator is made from gorgeous ivory Russian tulle and plain tulle decorated beautifully by tulle rosettes. Each rosette has a delicately placed Swarovski crystal center stone. The left side is accented by an additional crystal-embellished lace applique. The extra feather detailing gives this fascinator a light and airy look and feel.
