Other Color block unclassified dresses

Hello, I purchased this dress "off the rack" as a sample from a store. My intention was to take the pleats down after I bought it so that it was straight b/c I didn't love the rutching look. Once I took it to the tailor they told me that I could not take down the pleats because it would deconstruct the entire dress. It is truly a beautiful dress but it just wasn't my style knowing that I couldn't take the pleats/rutching down. It was a sample in the store so it's not totally new. It's still in great condition and I had it professionally cleaned so there are no spots or anything on it. I think the dress is pretty white but when I bought it they were saying that the dress is "ivory" so I put that it's ivory in the criteria on here.
